Step 1 - Understanding the Goal: First, make sure everyone knows what you're brainstorming about and what you want to achieve.
Step 2 - Brainstorming Ideas: Quickly come up with as many ideas as possible, even if they're a bit out there.
Step 3 - Growing Ideas: Use the "Expand and Build" method to add more details and variations to each idea.
Step 4 - Organizing Ideas: When you write "Structured Thoughts," sort the ideas by themes or similarities to see patterns or groups.
Step 5 - Combining Ideas: Mix different ideas or parts together to create new, well-rounded concepts.
Step 6 - Changing Perspectives: If you write "Shift View," think about the ideas from different angles (like from a marketer's or designer's perspective). Finish by summarizing all the ideas with an "Acknowledgement" and pointing out any unique thoughts or trends.
