Prompts That Make Habits Stick
You can now turn one of the most famous self-help books into a personalized AI coach.
I honestly had to stop scrolling when I saw this. The mind behind it brilliantly translated Stephen Covey’s timeless 7 Habits of Highly Effective People into seven powerful ChatGPT prompts designed for real-world application. I was blown away by how practical this is for moving from just reading the book to actually living its principles.
How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

What makes this so effective is that it closes the gap between knowing and doing. The expert who created these prompts found that they force you to articulate your specific challenges and apply Covey’s principles directly to your own life. It’s an active, personalized coaching session every time you use one!
Here are a few of my favorite ideas from the post:
Prompt 1: Master Your Focus
This first one is all about being proactive. Instead of stressing about things you can’t change, this prompt helps you zero in on what you can actually control. The creator calls it the Circle of Influence Analyzer. You just plug in your problem, and the AI lays out your next steps.
Here is the exact prompt to try:
I’m struggling with [SPECIFIC SITUATION/PROBLEM]. Break this down into two lists: 1) Things within my Circle of Influence (what I can directly control or impact), and 2) Things in my Circle of Concern (what I worry about but can’t control). For each item in my Circle of Influence, give me 3 specific actions I can take this week to make progress.
Prompt 3: Organize Your Entire Life
Feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list? This prompt uses Covey’s famous priority matrix to sort your tasks into four quadrants. It helps you identify what’s truly important versus what’s just urgent. The goal is to maximize your time on high-impact activities and ruthlessly cut down on the rest. It’s an instant clarity booster.
Here's my current to-do list: [PASTE YOUR LIST]. Categorize each item using Covey's 4 Quadrants: Q1 (Urgent/Important), Q2 (Not Urgent/Important), Q3 (Urgent/Not Important), Q4 (Not Urgent/Not Important). Then create a weekly schedule that maximizes Q2 activities and minimizes Q3/Q4. Show me what to eliminate, delegate, or reschedule.

Prompt 7: Create a Sustainable Renewal Plan
This isn’t just about work productivity; it’s about avoiding burnout. The Sharpen the Saw prompt helps you design a weekly self-care routine covering physical, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions. The best part? It’s tailored to the time you actually have available, making it realistic and sustainable.
Design a weekly 'Sharpen the Saw' routine for me based on the 4 dimensions: Physical (exercise/health), Mental (learning/growth), Social/Emotional (relationships/service), and Spiritual (values/meaning). Given that I have [TIME AVAILABLE] per week, create a realistic renewal plan with specific activities for each dimension. Make it sustainable, not overwhelming.
This is such a clever way to operationalize classic wisdom. The original post has all seven prompts ready to go, plus a bonus tip for creating a weekly AI coach.
This is just a glimpse!
