Does this sound familiar? If so, you're not alone. Even Tim Urban, the guy behind the brilliant "Inside the mind of a master procrastinator" TED talk, knows the struggle.

But enough is enough. It's time to break free from your procrastination prison once and for all. And I'm going to show you how in 5 ridiculously simple steps.

There you have it - a 5-step battle plan to start dismantling your procrastination prison brick-by-brick this instant. The longer you stay trapped, the more your dreams will slip away.

Use these prompts to combat procrastination👇

Prompt 1 - Reflection on Purpose: Ask me to explore why achieving this specific goal is critically important to me. I'll delve into how it aligns with my long-term aspirations and the immediate benefits it will bring to my life. Understanding my deep-seated "why" can provide me with a motivational boost.

Prompt 2 - Breaking It Down: Ask me to identify the one goal or task I've been avoiding due to its overwhelming nature. Then, guide me in breaking it down into smaller, more manageable parts. Helping me identify the first tiny, achievable piece of this larger task can encourage me to take that crucial first step.

Prompt 3 - Visualize Success: Prompt me to imagine the feeling of having completed the task I've been putting off. What does it feel like physically and emotionally? What changes in my daily life or in my feelings of self-worth do I notice? Encouraging me to make success tangible in my mind can turn it into a beacon that draws me forward.

Prompt 4 - Commit to a Micro Action: Suggest that I identify the smallest action I can commit to right now that will move me toward completing my task. This action should be so small that it seems almost too easy not to do. Committing to and completing this action can create momentum for me.

Prompt 5 - Next Steps with Accountability: Encourage me to determine a slightly larger but still manageable next step I can take after completing the initial micro action. Then, advise me to schedule this action, and if possible, to share my plan with someone who can hold me accountable. This builds a commitment structure around my task, making it harder for me to back out.

So make a choice - stay imprisoned by procrastination, or break free and finally live the life you deserve.

If you're sick of the shackles, let's go. Reply with your responses to the 5 prompts above, and let's get started breaking you free today.
